Market Conditions
New listings are down 16%, while under-contracts are down 5%. Months supply of inventory is at 9 for Crested Butte and 10 for Mt. Crested Butte (if no new homes came on the market, in 9 or 10 months, inventory would be at zero). I’m seeing a nice increase in inventory. It’s a great time for a buyer to get into the market. Rental income continues to be strong, making your mountain home a great investment.
