September in Crested Butte
The rain has kept everything nice and green. Soon, the leaves will start to change colors. In my opinion, it’s the prettiest time to be in Crested Butte. The crisp mornings have been refreshing, yet it’s still plenty warm during the day. Get out and enjoy the trails while you can!

Market Conditions
It’s nice to see we are returning to a more “normal” market. Many price reductions, yet those are more of a correction than homes losing value. For homes priced well, inventory is still moving quickly.
