October is here, and with it, the magic of autumn unfolds. The leaves are expected to peak this first week of October; every year, I’m blown away by how beautiful our valley gets! Beyond the natural beauty, Gunnison has a vibrant lineup of events scheduled for this month!

Market Conditions
New listings are down 6%, while under-contracts are down 31%. Months supply of inventory is at 5 (if no new homes came on the market, in 5 months, inventory would be at zero). The market is interesting as the prices are softening, but for those homes priced well, there is still high demand, and they are going under contract quickly. For those who are concerned about interest rates, there are many rate buy-down options to make it more affordable.
