November in Gunnison
October ended with a huge snowstorm, bringing in over 20 inches of snow. Most of the snow will melt down low, but our peaks should stay snowy, giving us a great start to the upcoming ski season. Crested Butte Mountain Resort opens on November 22nd. Until then, enjoy the slower pace during the last of our off-season.

Market Conditions
New listings are down by 64%, while under-contracts are up by 275%. Months supply of inventory is at 3 (if no new homes came on the market, in 3 months, inventory would be at zero). The market is interesting as the prices are softening, but for those homes priced well, there is still high demand, and they are going under contract quickly. For those who are concerned about interest rates, there are many rate buy-down options to make it more affordable.
