We may be in the off-season for a few more weeks, so there is still plenty of time to get out and enjoy the slower pace. The snow is starting to stick around up on the higher peaks, making us all excited for the winter season ahead. November 23rd is opening day!

Market Conditions
Inventory is on the rise, and sales are slowing down. Pricing has remained steady and has not dipped below 2021 pricing. I expect our pricing will decrease as we finish up 2022. With another rate hike, we will see some slowing down, yet many of our buyers are cash buyers.
