Market Conditions
Real estate continues to be busy. New listings are down 11% and under contracts are up 48%. We currently have $111M under contract. Months supply of inventory for Crested Butte is 3.4 and for Mt Crested Butte 6.2. Both numbers certainly point to a Sellers Market. Buyers may be wondering if now is the time to buy. I believe Crested Butte has the best value and best bang for your buck out of the resort communities. When compared to Aspen, Telluride, and Vail, we are still a fraction of the price. If we fast forward a few years, those that purchased now will be happy they did.
