Real Estate sales for the 3rd Quarter continue to be strong in Mt Crested Butte, Crested Butte, and Gunnison. Average sales prices have increased in all categories.
Mt Crested Butte and Crested Butte have seen a decrease in the number of sold listings in all categories most likely a result of limited inventory.
Gunnison sold listings proved more steady with only land listings showing a significant increase over 2018.
