Market Conditions

New listings are down 16%, and under-contracts are up 75%. Months supply of inventory is at 4 (if no new homes came on the market, in 4 months, inventory would be at zero). We are moving to a Buyer’s market, with more options and negotiations on the sales price. For those that sat on the sidelines during the 2020 and 2021 frenzy, this is a great time to get into the market. For those concerned about interest rates, there are many rate buy-down options to make it more affordable. Please reach out for more information.
