Vail Resorts Update

Crested Butte Mountain Resort, March Spring Break here we go! Our entire mountain is open and the snow coverage continues to be amazing with the refresh storm we received last week. It is truly a special time here in Crested Butte and the ski season is nearing the end with only one month left of the season.

Visitor numbers rise quickly at the beginning of March and decline just near the end of the month. This is a great time to come to the Valley for the weather warms up and makes for excelling “spring skiing” in the afternoons. For more detail, see the Gunnison Crested Butte Travel website.

Here are links for dining options in both Crested Butte and Gunnison.

For those looking for other winter activities, please check out these lists of Activities here on Travel Crested Butte.

A Local’s Tip

For those looking for more solitude. I want to share with you one of my favorite off-the-radar places. Cement Creek Road past Crested Butte South. We are lucky to have Al from Camp 4 Coffee groom the trail up from the trailhead. It goes along the creek and provides a quieter atmosphere in a beautiful winter setting. Enjoy!

Please visit our website to hear more about our market or see the latest inventory.

I hope you and your family are doing well. We are here for you anytime. Please call, email, or stop in!
