June means that summer is in full swing. We can’t wait to take our bikes to the Hartman Rocks, sit outside our favorite restaurants on Main Street, and get lost in wildflowers as we discover new trails.

Market Conditions
New listings are down 22% and under contracts are down 13%. We currently have $26M under contract. Months supply of inventory is 1.4 (if no new listings come on the market, in 1.4 months, inventory would be at zero). Inventory is very low. It’s a hard market for Buyers, yet with some patience, you can find a great home. For those thinking about selling, now is the time.
