Finally, it’s summer in the mountains! Flowers are blooming, and the trails are amazing. Crested Butte is fully open, and we are back enjoying all our fabulous CB events!

Town Picnic – June 4th. Enjoy free burgers, hot dogs, games, activities, and most importantly, the CB community at Rainbow Park.
CBMBA Kickoff Party – June 4th. Re-Enroll in your CMBA Bike membership, grab a slice of Mikey’s Pizza, and a sip of Ska Brew.
PHRESH – June 4th. Live music performance by this Phish cover band at I Bar Ranch.

Chainless World Champions – June 25th. Put on a ridiculous costume and remove your bike chain to participate in this race down Kebler Pass, ending in downtown Crested Butte.
Alpenglow: Gun Rack – June 28th. Bring your picnic blanket and enjoy a free concert held at the Center for the Arts outdoor stage. So excited that Alpenglow is back!

New listings are up 6% and under contracts are up 155%. We currently have $97M under contract. Months supply of inventory in Crested Butte, Skyland, and CB South is 1.2 (if no new listings come on the market, in 1.2 months, inventory would be at zero). Months supply of inventory in Mt Crested Butte is 2.8. Inventory is very low. It’s a hard market for Buyers, yet with some patience, you can find a great home.
