It is June, which means summer has arrived in the Valley! We can’t wait to run on our favorite trails, mountain bike on some single track, have cocktails on the patio and enjoy the stunning views.

Market Conditions
New Listings are down 3% and under contracts are down 46%. Months supply of inventory is at 3.3 (if no new
listings come on the market, in 3.3 months, inventory would be at zero). Numbers under 6 indicate we are still in a
seller’s market, yet the “frenzy” of our market is slowing down. Multiple offers are still the norm for homes priced
well and/or at a lower price point.

Vail Resorts Update
Crested Butte Mountain Resort. CBMR Summer Hours of Operation begin June 11th! Get your summer pass to
enjoy unlimited access to the Crested Butte Mountain Bike Park, Adventure Park, bike haul, and scenic lift rides.
Visitor numbers will start to increase this month. Now is the time to grab your hiking boots and snacks, and head

Lupine Trail– Just a few minutes from town this 7 mile hike or bike ride will not disappoint. This is a great early
season trail! Enjoy the mountain views and the wildflowers as you make your climb.
