Market Conditions
New listings are up 24%, while under-contracts are down 27%. Months supply of inventory is at 7 for both Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte (if no new homes came on the market, in 7 months, inventory would be at zero). With the start of summer, I’m seeing a nice increase in inventory. It’s a great time for a buyer to get into the market. Rental income continues to be strong, making your mountain home a great investment.
