Summer has arrived! It’s been beautiful in the valley – the flowers are popping and the trails are open. Photo below from TravelCrestedButte.com.
Gunnison Covid19 Update
As of May 27th, our valley has opened up to all visitors, restaurants are open with limited seating, and businesses are open.

Although our big summer events have been canceled, there is still PLENTY to do;
Fly Fishing – the perfect social distancing activity!
Biking – we are known for our mountain biking, yet don’t forget we have fabulous road riding too.
Hiking – 150+ trails, 2,500 square miles…enough said!
Horseback Riding – Everything from day trips to overnights.
Rafting and Kayaking – With rivers running fast, June is a perfect month to spend time on our rivers.
Paddle Boarding – if you haven’t floated the Slate, it’s a must-do!
Rock Climbing – We have both epic climbs and easy bouldering, something for every level.
May was a strong month with a 38% increase in new listings and a 116% increase in under contracts. With our valley open to visitors and entering our busy summer season, I expect our numbers to be even stronger in June.
New Listings
May 2019 – 29
May 2020 – 40
