Join us at Crested Butte for our summer events in June. After a seasonally warm May, we’re so excited to kick off summer in Crested Butte. One of the things that make summer so fun here is our events. Starting from June, we’ll have something going on almost every day. Here’s the list of events to help you plan your 2018 summer trip to Crested Butte. So, sit back, relax, and check out what’s coming up in June.

FARMERS MARKET
Every Sunday from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM
The Crested Butte Farmers Market offers organic and certified naturally grown vegetables, fruits and herbs, pasture-raised and grass-finished meats, wild-caught fish, artisanal cheese, breads, jams, jellies and pickles as well as an assortment of locally produced arts and crafts.

Evolution Bike Park Opening Day
All Day
Mountain bikers rejoice as the Evolution Bike Park opens for the summer season, lift-accessed hiking begins and the Adventure Park opens!

Historic Walking Tour
9:00 AM (Every T/TH)
From June – September
Learn fun and interesting facts about Crested Butte and Gunnison Valley, and its rich heritage. Cost is only $10 per person and supports the museum’s operating fund.

OH-BE-JOYFUL Benefit
TYPICALLY A CLASS V KAYAK RACE ON COLORADO’S STEEPEST AND CLEANEST CREEK…
11:00AM – 9:00 PM
Since there isn’t enough run off water for the race to held, this years race will be a hosted educational and fundraising event. Whiskey for Water! The Fundraiser will benefit our watersheds. There will be free food, beer and whiskey provided by The Brick Oven, SKA Brewing, and Deerhammer Distillery. See how you can get involved with the issues at hand and benefit our water sheds as a community.
