Some will say July is the best month in Crested Butte. The weather is fabulous, wildflowers are at their peak, and there are so many fun events, concerts, and things to do – it’s hard to fit it all in.

Market Conditions
New Listings are down 3.4% and under contracts are down 46%. Months supply of inventory is at 5 (if no new listings come on the market, in 5 months, inventory would be at zero). Numbers under 6 indicate we are still in a seller’s market, yet the “frenzy” of our market is slowing down. Buyers have more choices, and multiple offers situations have become less common.
