Town has been busy! The one way on Elk had some initial push-back, yet it’s working well. With fewer cars, it’s less congested and the additional seating is perfect for outdoor dining.

The best way to spend time in CB is still out on the trails. Whether your hike, bike, or run, we have over 750 miles of singletrack. Our real estate market has been busy! Under contracts are up 290%. There are currently 60 deals pending, totaling over $75 million. During quarantine, we were uncertain what our summer would bring. Now it’s clear that people have a desire to be in our small community where the focus is spending time outdoors. With more realizing they can work remotely, living in Crested Butte part-time or full-time is now becoming a reality for many.
