January Happenings:

Market Conditions

Both new listings and under contracts are down by 30% and 40%, respectively. Months supply of inventory is at 3 (if no new homes came on the market, in 3 months, inventory would be at zero). The market is interesting as the prices are softening, but for those homes priced well, there is still high demand, and they are going under contract quickly. For those who are concerned about interest rates, there are many rate buy-down options to make it more affordable.

Gunnison Nordic Grooming Report

Grooming operations have commenced at Mill Creek. On December 14, a two-inch snowfall was recorded. Have fun on the trails, but be careful—there might be thin spots and obstacles because it’s early in the season.
