Gunnison Covid19 Update
Like most of the nation, we are finally coming out of quarantine and businesses are starting to re-open. The latest health order opens the valley to 2nd homeowners. We are hopeful visitors will be allowed by May 27th. 8th Amended Public Health Order
Market Conditions
Our 2020 spring real estate activity has certainly been more challenging. New Listings in April were down 32% and Under Contracts were down 58%. Since we can now do showings, we’ve seen an uptick in showing requests and look forward to stronger numbers for May.
