The Gunnison Real Estate Market had another solid 2nd quarter. The total number of sold listings is up by 46%, while the average sales price increased by 5% for single-family homes. On the other hand, the total number of sold listings for both Condos/Townhomes and Land were down by 56% and 46%, respectively.
