The Gunnison Real Estate Market had a record-breaking 2nd quarter. The Number of Sales is up in all categories. Condos/Townhomes are leading the charge with a 240% increase in the number of sales. Many wonder, will prices drop and/or level off. With various building projects on the horizon in 2022, it’s possible we could see enough increased inventory to slow down the growth of sales prices. But going back to basic economics, as long as inventory remains low and demand high, we will continue in a Seller’s market. Though it is a hard market for Buyers, you can find a great home with some patience.
