Join local chef and home winemaker, Tim Egelhoff, for a series of wine making and tasting classes. Participants make a batch of Cabernet Sauvignon from juice to finished bottle. Each participant takes home a few bottles of the finished wine. At each class, participants learn and discuss the basics of wine tasting, while sampling small-bite appetizers prepared by the chef.
