February in Gunnison

Finally! Gunnison received some much-needed snow! The Nordic trails are groomed, and it’s been fun enjoying our winter wonderland. For those who like downhill adventures, CBMR has lots of February events, and more snow is on the way.

Market Conditions

Both new listings and under-contracts are up by 20% and 9%, respectively. Months supply of inventory is at 2 (if no new homes came on the market, in 2 months, inventory would be at zero). It’s nice to see our under-contracts have gone up since last month, yet we’re still experiencing very low inventory.

Small Town Skiing Vibes at Cranor Hill

Explore Cranor Hill, Gunnison’s cozy ski spot with one lift, four runs, and a lodge at 7,860 ft. Free skiing on Wednesdays, thanks to the GVH Foundation and CB Snowsports Foundation. Open Wednesdays (from 1:00 – 4:00) and weekends (from 10:30 – 4:00). Learn more, HERE.
