Market Conditions

New listings remain unchanged, while under-contracts are up by 83%. Months supply of inventory is at 3 (if no new homes came on the market, in 3 months, inventory would be at zero). The market is interesting as the prices are softening, but for those homes priced well, there is still high demand, and they are going under contract quickly. For those who are concerned about interest rates, there are many rate buy-down options to make it more affordable.
