Market Conditions

What a year it’s been! Crested Butte real estate had a record year! New listings are up 45% and under contracts are up 208%. We currently have $104M under contract. Months supply of inventory for Crested Butte is 2.5 and for Mt Crested Butte 5.3 (if no new listing came on the market, in 2.5 or 5.3 months inventory would be at zero). I haven’t seen inventory this low in decades. If you are thinking of selling, now’s a perfect time!

Vail Resorts Update

Vail continues to utilize the reservation system. Frustrations were running high on opening weekend as reservations were very limited and many were unable to attain a spot. We hope it will get better as more terrain opens. Early season booking is for pass holders only. The core season starts on December 8th.
