Dog-Friendly Snow Adventures
Once you’re all bundled up and ready to go, don’t forget your furry friend might need a few items for the winter. Some dogs love a coat; stop into Mountain Tails and grab some cold-weather gear. For those four-legged friends who love a good romp outside but have issues with snow sticking in their paws, here are a few tips; groom their paws (the snow loves to stick to their fur), grab some Mushers Wax or Paw Soother to protect their foot pads, and for those really adventurous pups grab some Dog Boots!

Things we love to do with our dogs:
Snowshoeing
XCountry Skiing

Market Conditions

New listings are down 46% and under contracts are down 71%. Months supply of inventory is at 7 (if no new homes came on the market, in 7 months, inventory would be at zero). We are slowly moving to a Buyer’s market, with more options and negotiations on the sales price. For those that sat on the sidelines during the 2020 and 2021 frenzy, this is a great time to get into the market.
