Market Conditions

New listings are down 12% and under contracts are down 6%. We currently have $116M under contract. Months supply of inventory in Crested Butte, Skyland, and CB South is 1.9 (if no new listings come on the market, in 1.9 months, inventory would be at zero). Months supply of inventory in Mt Crested Butte is 1.5. With low inventory, we are still in a seller’s market, and I believe that will continue into 2022.

The second graph indicates the number of active listings and the average list price. For more in-depth market stats, please see our 3rd Quarter Market Report.
