Market Conditions
New listings remain the same and under contracts are down 17%. We currently have $26M under contract. Months supply of inventory is 1.2 (if no new listings come on the market, in 1.2 months, inventory would be at zero). With low inventory, we are still in a Seller’s market and I believe that will continue into 2022.

The second graph indicates the number of active listings and the average list price. For more in-depth stats, please see our 3rd Quarter Market Report.
