The Crested Butte Real Estate Market had a record-breaking 3rd quarter! The Number of Sales and Sales Volume in all categories are up. The number of Single-family Home Sales is up a whopping 133% and Sales Volume is up 137%. Condo/Townhomes are seeing similar increases. The number of Land Sales are up 52% and Sales Volume is up 87%.
