Market Conditions

New listings are down 11% and under contracts are up 7%. We currently have $37M under contract. Months supply of inventory is 1.7 (if no new listings come on the market, in 1.7 months, inventory would be at zero). Inventory is very low. Many wonder, will prices drop and/or level off. With various building projects on the horizon in 2022, it’s possible we could see enough increased inventory to slow down the growth of sales prices. For now, as long as inventory remains low and demand high, we will continue in a Seller’s market.

The mountain isn’t just for biking and hiking in the summer. Take the Red Lady Lift up the mountain and enjoy the beautiful disc golf and archery courses.
