Market Conditions
New listings are down 3% and under contracts are down 14%. We currently have $163M under contract. Months supply of inventory in Crested Butte, Skyland, and CB South is 2.5 (if no new listings come on the market, in 2.5 months, inventory would be at zero). Months supply of inventory in Mt Crested Butte is 2.7. Many wonder, will prices drop and/or level off. With various building projects on the horizon in 2022, it’s possible we could see enough increased inventory to slow down the growth of sales prices. For now, as long as inventory remains low and demand high, we will continue in a Seller’s market.
