Town has been busy! The additional outdoor seating is working well, allowing our businesses to serve guests while staying socially distanced.

Market Conditions
Real estate is hopping, new listings are up 20% and under contracts are up 63%. We currently have $71M under contract. At this rate, we are on track to surpass last year’s sales. I’ve been seeing this trend in other resort communities as well. With many schools on-line and people working from home, many are wondering why be in a city when you can live in paradise!
