Market Conditions
New listings are down 13% and under contracts are up 163%. We currently have $23M under contract. Months supply of inventory is 1.3 (if no new listings come on the market, in 1.3 months, inventory would be at zero). Inventory is very low. As a Seller, now is a great time to sell.
Vail Resorts Update
A wonderful ski season has come to a close. Because of the continued loyalty of season pass holders, Vail Resorts has decided to decrease their season pass prices by 20% for the 2022 ski season. We hope to see everyone next winter!
In the meantime, Crested Butte and Gunnison locals will be busy preparing for the summer season. Come join us for mountain biking, fly fishing, camping, golfing, and hiking.
