Historic Walking Tour – April 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th. Meet at the Mountain Heritage Museum and immerse yourself in Crested Butte’s history.
Jackie James at the Princess – April 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th. Enjoy live music every Sunday from 7-10 pm at the Princess. All tips will benefit Save the Majestic.
The Goonies – April 4th. Cult classic movie night with themed drinks, hosted by the CB Center for the Arts. All proceeds benefit Save the Majestic.
Introduction to Fly Fishing – April 6th. Bring your rod and learn the basics of fly fishing.
Western Student Juried Art Show – April 9th. This exhibition, at Center for the Arts, features finely-crafted paintings, photos, prints, ceramics, jewelry, and installation work by 27 Western art students.
Forging the West – April 10th. Learn about the history of the Colorado Fuel & Iron Company and its role in the industrialization of the west while supporting the CB Mountain Heritage Museum.
Wayne’s World – April 11th. Cult classic movie night with themed drinks hosted by the CB Center for the Arts. All proceeds benefit Save the Majestic.
Easy Jim @ Cannival Festival – April 20th. A performance featuring music of the Grateful Dead by Easy Jim.
Socrates Cafe – April 20th. Come to the Crested Butte Library, sip on coffee, and immerse yourself in Socratic conversation.
Women’s Networking Night – April 28th. Meet the many wonderful women of Gunnison county and learn about their businesses.
Sketching Spain: All About Vino – April ~ All Month. Join this six-part course introducing you to Spanish wine and art journaling techniques.
Market Conditions

New listings are up 54% and under contracts are up 275%. We currently have $123M under contract. Months supply of inventory in Crested Butte, Skyland, and CB South is 1.6 (if no new listings come on the market, in 1.6 months, inventory would be at zero). Months supply of inventory in Mt Crested Butte is 2.8. Inventory is very low. As a Seller, now is a great time to sell.
Vail Resorts Update
A wonderful ski season is coming to a close. Because of the continued loyalty and cooperation of season pass holders, Vail Resorts has decided to decrease its season pass prices by 20% for the 2022 season. We hope to see everyone next winter!
In the meantime, Crested Butte locals will be busy preparing for the spring season. Come join us for mountain biking, fly fishing, camping, golfing, and hiking.
