We are seeing similar trends across all categories (single-family, condo/townhome, and land) – the number of sales is down due to low inventory, and all sales prices are up, again low inventory is a significant contributing factor. Land had the most considerable price increase of 57%. List to sales price ratio is up in all categories, most Sellers are getting their list price or very close to it.
